Process & Timeline ✅

1. Once you’ve decided on a diamond, we’ll let you know if it’s available and provide you with a better price estimate for the diamond alone. (You’ll notice right away that our prices are very competitive!)
2. Please do let us know how much time we have to create the engagement ring of your dreams! We never want to disappoint our clients, so it’ll give us time to plan ahead.
3. We’ll send you some photos and videos of your diamond, along with photos of its certificate.
4. If you’re satisfied with our quote, you can start sending us some photos of a couple of band designs to look at. (If you need help picking a design, we’ll be more than happy to offer our expertise!)
5. After selecting the band design, please let us know which material you prefer for the band. We offer: 18K White Gold, 18K Rose Gold, 18K Pink Gold, 18K Yellow Gold and Platinum.
6. Based on the material of your choice, whether you’d like small diamonds around the solitaire, on the band, etc. we’ll provide you with a quote on your band.
7. At this point we’ll ask for 50% of the total price upfront in order to reserve the diamond and start working on the ring.
8. Once we set the stone and have the ring ready, we’ll send you some videos and photos of the finished product.
9. If you’re 100% satisfied, we’ll ask for a payment of 25% of the total price.
10. We’ll work on getting the item to your country.
11. If we have someone in your area, we’ll ask for the remaining 25% upon delivery. Otherwise, we’ll ask for the 25% right before domestically shipping the item (with insurance) to you.

Our main store is located in the heart of Beirut, Lebanon. We are one of the largest jewelry stores in Lebanon, which gives us an edge for when it comes to the variety of stones for you to choose from, and being able to offer you the best prices!

Due to our headquarter’s location being in Beirut, we kindly ask you to go see some diamonds at jewelry stores near you in order to decide on the size, color and clarity you desire. That will make it much easier for us to communicate with you via e-mail and WhatsApp, in order to reference the diamonds based on their specifications.
